    Hi all

Can anyone make it clear to me whether paraplegics are liable to autonomic dyreflexia?

I know that tetraplegics are (spinal cord injury at or above level of 6th thoracic vertebra), but I'm sure that a few years ago I was asked to see a hospitalised paraplegic patient with IGTNs for the same concern.

Were they confused or is it just me as usual!

I have T/T paraplegics with what appears to be dysreflexic issue. More commonly quadraplegics and systemic RSD, IMHO!
