Why would you work for some one else e.g. Fee 26 pounds divide by 50percent 13 pounds
10 patients 130 pounds 10 for yourself 260 or 5 for 130 no brainer really if you are any good you cannot afford to work for another pod it does just not add up .

    Fishpod,

Its not a no brainer at all

£130 to take home with you all for your self, only uniform and professional fees to pay( society, HCPC and training)

£260, by working for yourself, remove rent, rates, utilities, computer, eqipment advertising ( mine have been audited at £15000,), making appointments etc and you certainly don't have £130 at the end of the day for the same work.

I don't know anyone who makes a profit of 50% of takings.

whilst £15 may not seem a lot by doing 2 appointments an hour that's a take home pay of £30 --not bad
