Podiatrist – Melbourne western suburbs Part-time, 3 days per week

    ● This role includes work at different locations with some based in different medical clinics, some home visits and a regular nursing home day

    We are looking for a trustworthy, honest Podiatrist to join our team for 3 days per week with the potential to increase. Based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, this position requires travel as we move between different clinical locations throughout Western Melbourne on different days, including a full day of home visits and regular sessions at a local residential aged care facility (RACF).

    We are happy to consider New Graduates or Experienced Podiatrists - the most important thing is the right attitude as we value highly our team’s ability to form meaningful relationships with our patients and the medical teams we work with.     Orientation will be comprehensive and mentoring and support will be available ongoing.

    With Home Visits and RACF – consultations are usually based around basic nail and skin care, diabetes assessments which includes Doppler Ultrasound Assessment and Footwear recommendations. In Clinic consultations include all variety of foot assessment and management.

    There is no requirement to find new clients, this well-established podiatry practice has got that covered. Remuneration is percentage based.

    What we will need from you includes:
    ● Bachelor of Podiatry qualification
    ● Certificate of Currency for Professional Indemnity of $20M
    ● APHRA Registration
    ● Current National Police Check
    ● Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
    ● Excellent communication and time management skills
    ● The ability to work autonomously
    ● Able to build rapport easily
