    Northern District Community Health Service (NDCHS) is a not for profit community health service operating as a Company Limited by Guarantee. NDCHS is a multisite Health Service with centres in Kerang, Boort, Cohuna, Pyramid Hill & Quambatook. It has approximately 43 staff and delivers a range of services including allied health services; counselling; district nursing; drug and alcohol services and more.

    The mission of NDCHS is to provide quality care, which enables people to increase their control over, and improve, their health and wellbeing. A high priority is placed on improving the quality of our client?s lives through health education and health promotion and the delivery of integrated services. The majority of services are provided through funding from Federal and State Government programs.

    A skilled and motivated person is required to work with individuals and their families within the Gannawarra Shire and the Northern end of Loddon Shire in Victoria, Australia. This position is linked into an interdisciplinary foot care team as well as the broader team of Community Health.

    The clientele are diverse and range from complex paediatrics to sports and aged care. This position includes a Salary at Grade 2 Level, Salary Packaging, personal use of a vehicle and Accommodation support for the first 3 months.

    Applicants must display a high degree of professional skills, strong commitment to early intervention and the ability to engage people and their families. A current drivers licence is essential.
