Podiatrist struck off following sixth review hearing

  4. As well he may as an unregistered podiatrist and perfectly legally too. He will not be able to perform restricted functions covered with the pod surgery annotations (yes,we do have some protected functions after all - as well as a restricted scope of practice) but he can practice as a podiatrist under that title providing he makes it clear he is no longer registered. Unless he enrols on a voluntary register where he probably can state he is a registered podiatrist.

    At least his burrs will now only grind down toenails. And the public can rest in peace...
