    Hi there,

My previous custom orthotics insole clinic has closed down, and was wondering if you can recommend any UK labs that will produce orthotics direct to consumers rather than trade?

Having already had a biomechanical assessments and insoles made a years ago I know my problems and the type of insoles I'm looking for. Are there places that have a website, mail order and return impression boxes, and order the orthotic online? Ideally vacuum formed polyprop, but I'm open to either.

I've even considered making my own with an impression box, and either 3D printing or pouring plaster and forming, but obtaining the correct materials could be tricky.

After some internet searching I rang a few labs; Langer, Footlabs Ltd, etc, but they would only accept orders from trade accounts / NHS. This is where I found the forum so wanted to ask if there were other options?

    Thanks,
