Hello, I am newly qualified podiatrist with lots of ambition and I have just moved from the UK to Melbourne. I am currently looking for a podiatry job in Melbourne but I am having no look in finding anywhere, if anyone is looking for a podiatrist or knows of someone looking for a podiatrist, please can you let me know.

    Thank you!
    Nicola

    try www.seek.com.au
    or http://mycareer.com.au/
    or http://www.health.vic.gov.au/jobs/

as well as registering at the major health services web sites.

There only appear to be a couple around at the moment, but it is a moving feast, and more positions will become available over time.

Hey Nicola try www.alliedhealth.com.au/Podiatry-Jobs-Australia.htm . This is an agency that specialise in recruiting Podiatrist for there clients. They helped me in finding a great job when I first moved over here. At present like Stephen points out there arent too many jobs about but would imagine this will pick up fairly shortly. If you are happy to go to regional victoria yuou may find a suitable position fairly quickly as most pods prefur to be closer to the city. I started of in rurual Victoria when I first moved over - then moved to Melbourne once I gained more expereince. If you need any advice just PM. Regards
