    Part time, 2-3 days per week (fixed term until June 30th 2013) position available at Bellarine Community Health Ltd.

    Bellarine Community Health Ltd (BCH) is the major provider of community based primary health, welfare and residential aged care services to the Bellarine community. BCH provides a life stage approach to services from early years through to aged care.

    Located at multiple sites on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria; Ocean Grove, Pt Lonsdale, Drysdale, Portarlington.

    The successful applicant will enjoy
    • A genuine mix of clientele including a session dedicated to headspace Barwon Bellarine, a national multidisciplinary youth & mental health service focussing on people aged between 12-25years
    • An organisational structure that supports evidence based clinical practice as well as a strong focus on the social determinants of health and illness
    • An autonomous role in a highly motivating, supportive multidisciplinary team environment
    • Participation in service development and continuous quality improvement

    Salary negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications.
    Access to salary packaging provisions
    Superannuation - 9%
