    Hello All,

Does somebody use Chirofix, hypo-allergenic non-woven straping tape. I remember we used @ Uni in UK for 10 years ago....but have not used this and always have been used Hypafix or Fixomull.

    Are all similar???

    Thanks

Mefix used to be my choice but i now prefer EPB (Hapla Band) as its more sticky and keeps things in place better like pmps and wound dressings..................its a personal choice though.

chirofix and mefix always wrinkled and got dirty looking straight away.
i always used epb, its nice and stretchy, doesnt wrinkle and really fixes dressings in place well

try it, its awful cheap too!

it stands i think for elastic plaster bandage.
and it is a brown coloured tape on a roll, about 2 inches or so wide.
i used to buy it from footman.
