I am a nurse researching a matter for a law firm in North Carolina regarding a 47 year old female who underwent a peroneal tendon repair in her right foot and a right calcaneal slide osteotomy. Unfortunately, the surgeon, following a surgical timeout, operated on the left foot as a result.

I am posting today to see if there is a podiatrist interested in reviewing the medical records as well as give an opinion regarding the appropriate standard of care. Please let me know if you would be interested in reviewing the medical records and potentially serve as an expert in this matter.

    Thanks
