Evidence for electrosurgery interventions

Can anyone help? I'm currently trying to gather any evidence or survey/audit results that anyone may have. I have been involved in providing electrosurgery as a treatment for all types of heloma and verrucae for the last 12 years (NHS). I know that it is a valuable and successful treatment but don't have "the hard facts/proof" to back it up.
I'd really appreciate ANY information that may be helpful as the service that I have been providing may be stopped all together.

I have had large successes in the processing of warts with electro scalpel, but since years ago and even the present time to stopped using it.
I believe that there are other more comfortable processing and likewise insurances for the patients and they avoid the presence of scars.

I haven't had any scarring resulting from the type of electrosurgery used here. Generally the patients have found it a fairly comfortable experience during healing.

Manesty King from the uk company 'science & health communications' previously published outcomes on electrosurgery. i personnaly have had great succes with electrosurgery on large painful verrucae & many positive outcomes, especially on neurovascular and fibrous HD's or calluses.
