We have been contacted by a large number of Podiatrists who have recently been asked to repay Medicare for money on treatments where they have charged the patient an additional Gap payment and bulk billed EPC services.

There is a LEGAL way to do this and it is called Patient Direct Claiming and not all Practice Software does this. Our software does and we DO NOT charge CREDITS or fees for processing Medicare and DVA claims. It is included

If you are having troubles claiming your gap charges we may be able to help you as Medicare allows for this by you collecting the full fee at time of service then sending the bulk bill claim to Medicare and the rebate is paid direct to the patient bank account that evening. AND you do not have to worry if they used all services elsewhere (160 code). This is the ONLY legal way you are permitted to charge gap payments. you can email or call us and we can help.
