I fractured my Fibula after falling down stairs holding my grandson. I've had boot on for 7 weeks day & night. My ankle is very stiff and I'm being referred for physio and given some stretching excercises to do at home. I just wondered if anybody to give me any further advise to help me get this ankle moving. I need to be able to start driving. I seem have more pain now, but guess that's the muscles starting to work??
Any advise would be great please
    Thank you
