Red Streaks on Ball of Foot (from Sports Injury?)

    Hi members of the forum,

    My name is Ryo, I am 20 years old, 5'7" and 145 lbs. About two days ago, I began having a sharp pain in the ball of my foot whenever I put my weight on it. The exact location is around the base of the joint connecting to the second toe next to the big toe. I believe this occurred due to overuse during kendo practice (Japanese fencing; requires a lot of lunging from the left foot). It bothers bit because it makes practicing kendo difficult, and I have to limp...
