A review about treatment has been posted on Google & the writer is not my patient. I've checked my records & have no one with this name or any variation of it. I've registered my complaint with Google. I suppose the writer could be using a pseudonym (why would they do that?) or it could be mis posted.
It's most disturbing & just wondering if anyone has had this experience. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Do 2 things:
    1. Report it as an inappropriate review to try and get it removed.
    2. Reply to it with a comment like "Sorry to hear that your experience was so negative; could you contact as soon as possible to discuss this further as we have no record of anyone with your name actually being seen as this clinic. Are you sure you are leaving the review for the correct clinic?"
