    Hi,

I'm just wondering what would be considered fair or market value for a rental of a room in a multi D practice?
from what i can see its generally around $100 a day as a higher end of the scale. This includes reception, hicaps and outgoings

    Thanks,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,
I rent rooms in multi disciplineary practices (four different ones) and normally they are between $50-70 but without hicaps per day. I'm in a rural area though so this might bring the price down as the practice wants podiatry as a complimentary service. I go to one clinic once a month who charge me nothing as they want podiatry services for their clients.

    hey ben,

Are you looking to rent a room anywhere in particular?

Would you look at a split fee arrangement at all?

    contact me on Brett.p@medipeople.com.au

    regards,
    brett
