I wonder if anybody has experience with a text reminder service to stop patients forgetting their appointments.

We currently call people the day before to remind them about appointments but this is fairly time consuming and doesn’t always work.

If anybody uses a specific company or website to send out text I would be most grateful for your recommendations.

Do you have practice management software for appointments? Many of those have SMS/email reminder options built into them.
