I don't know about others who think about their own health, but this attitude is nothing short of asking for back problems.

And then...

When you are off sick with a bad back, you will be turning down a damn site more than £300. and the care home, "oh, you're off sick, oh dear, we will have to find someone else" and that practitioner, if they have sense, won't tolerate poor posture.

For goodness sake, put your health first!

Oh, and those of you that use non-dust extraction drills on several patients in a home. Even if wearing a mask, you are asking for lung problems including possible fungal lung....................yes.............fungal lung. And it is apparently very difficult to treat!

Your right of course, but work related RSI issues plague health workers and passed health and safety reports have done little to remove the fundamental problem faced by podiatrists in the home environment.

The only real effective way of avoiding or delaying the damage is to work to your own capability.
your body will let you know this.

All drilling of nails create dust regardless if it has a vacuum as seen with simple nail file work.
But dust extraction is best.
