    If its in the Guardian, it must be 'official'. If it was the Daily Mail that said it you would have to not believe it.

  6. I think the naturalist, paleo thing is a little like religion. Most people cherry pick the bits they like and convenient ignore the bits that they don't. If the logic they use holds up we should be seeing them sleeping outdoors, butt naked and eschewing modern conveniences like the Internet and modern medicine. But I bet when one of them gets a shard of something embedded in them they don't lope back to their cave and get Mrs ugg to chew it out for them!

    Raw food. Seriously. 400, 000 years ago man discovered fire. Now we're deciding it was a bad idea?! Seems a shame.
