l wonder what the long term fallout would be like for these surgeons and their clients when they realise a lot of them wont be as comfortable in a high heel after, not every procedure is a success l am sure....if it aint broken dont fix it!

Actually this is old Simon, some of my diabetic clients have been doing that prior to getting to see me for years.

Here is a pic of a diabetics shoe from the inside, they are been treated for an infection in the big toe and the nail keeps lifting for some reason, l think she will be getting a foot shorting procedure very soon if she doesnt ditch the shoes, at least then the shoe that is currently too small will then fit:hammer:
