Sick of Toning Footwear? Now, a Shoe That Helps You Walk Farther

    Full from CNBC.com

  2. Why is it that there are multiple shoes from multiple companies that are claimed to help you do all sorts of fantastic things for your body such as getting rid of cellulite, making your buttocks firmer, making you walk farther, making your calf muscles shaplier, etc if you walk in them but the barefoot running zealots claim that any shoe causes injuries and being barefoot is better?? Incongruous is the word that comes to mind.

Did anyone see the show on A Current Affair Wednesday night comparing 4 shoes - MBT's, a Reebok that Kevin is referring too, ASICS (which I didn't fully understand how but somehow changes with a womens menstrual cycle) & another shoe which I can't recall? Simon Bartold was interviewed briefly talking about the ASICS shoe & a medico was talking about them as well.

    Talking about incongruence:

" It is the antithesis of a shoe. We call it “The anti-shoe”.

They look like a very solid pair of massive and heavy shoes to me.
