Hi All, I joined this forum to (hopefully) provide advice to those needing help with autoclaves.
    Ask & I will try & reply.
I deal with sterilizers & peoples problems everyday & am really diappointed by the lack of knowledge of both sales & service companies.
So if you need to know anything about a particular machine, or its reputation, ask...
No sales pitch, I won't even tell you the company i work for.

Hi Steam Guru. See you have jumped in with both feet. Thanks for the advice you are supplying. Sterilisers are a mindfield. Just like Podiatry that takes years to learn, so does sterilising stuff! :) Nice if we do not have to do all the research ourselves?

Wish you had been around last year:-(

    Cheers

    Hello Steam Guru
I am just starting out and would like to know if this N graded autoclave from 'www.sylvancompany.com' would be an effective autoclave to use on a daily basis. The price seems to good to be true! Also how would I get it annually serviced if its not a well known make like Prestige? It would seem to do the same job as a Prestige 2100 classic autoclave so any advice would be gratefully recieved.
    cheers
