    Hi Everyone

I have a patient with a slow to heal partial thickness plantar fascia tear which has been confirmed with ultrasound. After six weeks in a cam walker she is no better and re-scanning showed no reduction in the tear or inflammation. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to next??

    Thanks
    Mos
