I have recently come across some one using these substances (spirits of Camphor and Camphor Oil)on the very dry and corn prone areas (met heads). The person had had bad corns for 20 yrs and sought pod tx for most of that time. I have seen her over 18 months, made orthoses to help, covered them with the anti shear gel material (which has seemed to help quite a bit. My question is does anybody know of use of camphor in this way? any thoughts or history? Her skin appears to have under gone a significant change for the better, much more moist and pliable than it has been in the 18 months I have known her.
    regards Phill
