    Hi everyone,

Was just interested in any feedback on nail bracing. Is this procedure popular in Australia? I have been thinking of doing a course. We have a large number of ingrown toenail patients, especially teenagers, present to our clinic. Is it expensive? successful? Painful? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I was taught this method pre 1974, that was prior to L.A. and nail surgery becoming a routine procedure practiced by podiatrists. I have never used a nail brace and I cannot see a role for it. Someone else may have more info for you.
    Regards
