    HI,
I believe I suffer from asymptomatic OCD (only feel pain/sensation at the end of range when accidentally irritated, ie lifting up toes). And the exact comment from the radiologist: 6mm OC defect/fracture over the middle 3rd on the mdial side of the talar dome; suspected talo-calcaneal coalition (fibrous/cartilaginous).
It seems according to advice from practitioners (Osteochondritis Dissecans of the Talus by Paul Talusan et al.), I gather that no treatment is recommended. I'm now aged 40. Now, if I were to continue playing soccer, would I be able to feel the growth of the OLT before any deterioration in the cartilage occur and the lesion exceed 15 mm? If there is no definitely marker, then would you say it's best for me to consider retroarticular dilling with bone grafting now? Would really like to hear from your expert opinion soon. Cheers!
