Tendon pain...Can't sleep?

    Ok, so I am having this awful pain in my arch, only along this tendon that you can see after I flex my foot backward in this picture (this IS a tendon, isn't it?). This has been going on for years and has gotten progressively worse. My left foot was one of the flattest feet my podiatrist has ever seen, so I did get a hyprocure procedure done.
