    I am a 50 year old female. Four months ago I experienced tremendous pain in my right foot to the point where I could not walk normally. I have been in pain ever since. Then the pain expanded to my left foot and now the pain is in both feet and both ankles. The pain in the ankles seem to come when I’ve over exerted myself. The pain feels like my tissues are swollen and warm (but not to the touch). I have had tingling in both arms and legs and feet for about five...
