Hello Mohamed & :welcome: to Podiatry Arena.

You may have more replies if you re-post your question in the 'foot surgery' area of The Arena: http://www.podiatry-arena.com/podiatry-forum/forumdisplay.php?f=5

Click on 'New Thread' & hopefully someone with more knowledge in this particular field may help.

If you have any difficulties with translating Google translate is very useful.

    Kind regards,

    Mandy.
