From the Australasian Podatry Council Conference, Christchurch, NZ:

    Joel Radford:
The Effectiveness of low dye taping for short term treatment of plantar fasciitis - a RCT.

92 subjects with plantar fasciitis radnoised to sham ultrasound (switched off) or low dye tape and sham ultrasound.

Both groups improved at 7 days. There was a statistical difference between outcomes of groups, but its doubtful if the difference was clinically significant.

Joel - did I get that right?

Clinically, there is no doubt in my mind that low dye taping has a significant short>medium term influence on PF.
