    Which is exactly what we have discussed in many other threads, that the total 'energy' in the system is the same whichever running form you use..... its just different running forms load different structures differently.... ie the theoretical injury risk is applied to a different structure.

    - What do you think about one statement of the authors "total lower extremity joint Power" is bigger for the RFS than BF or FFS?
