Tight ED,peronus...

    dear all, need opinion regarding this patient

    here with 13 years old obese boy presented with deformity in right ankle and foot. since 1 year following trivial trauma. examination bil, flat feet and right forefoot pronation,and heel valgus. ED,peroneal longus and brevis are contracted and tight like cord and not allowing plantar flexion.. Tib, ant and post, flexors are stretched weakened. TA is tight and producing heel valgus. no sensory deficit... lateral part of the foot not touching the ground. X ray shows normal ankle and subtalar joint. considering this finding, i couldn't find out the cause and diagnosis...... :bang:

    yes sir,you can take it as Erectile Dysfunction of foot....

    I have attached the Images for the Same patient.


    He has Subtalar coalition ....

    Can I proceed with excision and soft tissue interposition or Subtalar fusion and correction of the deformity with Extensors and peroneal lengthening...
