Toe tips feel like bursting when waking

    Hello, I have not been able to find anything on this anywhere. I have peripheral edema and neuropathy from meds I have taken, I have been unwell for years with this. One of the things that happened is 'positional' pain. When I wake up in the morning the two middle toe tips (I think, it's so overwhelming I cannot distinguish exactly) feel like they are going to burst the pain is so INTENSE... if I even try to turn my foot they scream out, I have to stay in the same position for the pain not...
