Triphination of Subungual Hematoma

I have long used an 18 gauge needle for triphination of toe or fingernail subungual hematoma. I have developed a guide to help the process, which is currently patent pending. Any thoughts or ideas on how to bring this to market? I would prefer to license it to a manufacturer and not ship them out of my garage!

I have a number of videos of the guide in action if anyone would like to see them. Would love to receive your feedback!
