    Dear Colleagues,

I am looking into phenol and its' use in nail surgery, particularly any side effects it may have.

I have put together a questionnaire, and hope that you may give a few minutes of your time to complete it.

The questionnaire can be found at https://forms.office.com/r/V6VLq5fBrF

I intend to keep the questionnaire live for a month and will share the results at the end.

Please accept my sincere thanks for taking time to to complete it, and please feel free to share the link amongst friends and colleagues so that as many people as possible have the opportunity to share their experiences.

    Many thanks.
