I had a question this week from a participant - that I don't know the answer to...so I'm hoping someone on the forum can give me some insight.

Any place you can recommend for further reading or information about the theory that being perimenopausal often causes foot pain due to ligament and tendon laxity and other changes caused by estrogen depletion?

    Is this fact or fiction?

If fact...would this increase the risk of plantar fascitis problems in peri & post menopausal women?

    Thanks for your insight!
