  4. Hi Back!! :p

    Hi back!!! :hammer:

Nice to meet you people. Yes less than a year until I qualify!!:D
However I am thinking of undertaking phD studentship. Although I have the idea what I want to do my research on, I am not sure where I can get some funding. Any suggestions?
Currenlty suffering with microtears on my digiti minimi after a prolonged basketball game!!! :bang: I can not supinate at all. Used some high dye taping and hopefully it will alleviate the pain. Perhaps Ultrasound therapy would be more beneficial?

Peprhpas not more beneficial but added to taping and rest and ice and all those things you would tell your client with the same type of injury.
6 weeks for soft tissue to heal 3 months to remodel and 12 months to be "normaL" ?
Be a very compliant pt and you will get there,

    Cheers
