Right foot problem

    I had hammertoe surgery on the second toe 5 1/2 months ago. Ever since then whenever I stand for any length of time my foot turns red/purple and burns. Plus the great toe and front part of foot around it is swollen. I cant walk normal because I cant put any pressure on the sole under the great toe. My great toe wants to lift up off the ground. The hammertoe seems to have healed ok but I do have sharp stabbjng pains in it occasionally.
