I had a patient attend with a lump nr to the styloid process plantar. He reported slow glowth over 4 yrs or so. I really wasn't sure what it was so referred him back to the good skin man in our area.

Anyway it turns out to be a Neurofibroma? This guy has no significant clinical history and is an adult male.

I have a few questions relating to this

    1. Is it likely to return?
    2. Whats the likelihood of nerve damage
    3. What is the link to neurofibromatosis in solitary oma's

    Thanks
    Bex

    Plantar fibromas vs neurofibromas.

Are you sure it is a neurofibroma?
