I am not sure if what I am offering will help to minimise the cost of Orthotics/Insoles. I have learned to draw for 3D printing using Autodesk Fusion 360. Do you know you can now 3D print objects in flexible rubber? Shapeways and imaterialise offer 3D printing services. You don't need to own a 3D printer any longer.
