    I had a patient come in today wearing an Aircast Walker and an RX for a sole lift to be applied to the opposite side.
    I remember seeing an add for a device that you can strap onto your shoe that had adjustable inserts which would temporarily compensate for the leg length discrepancy.
    Anyone know where this would be available in the USA?

    The product you are looking for is called an "Even Up" . There are many suppliers in the USA. Just google "Even Up" and you will your answer
