This was presented to me by a 16 year old girl,
There was a sight onychocryptosis which was treated.paronychia was present but no pus
The girl was seen at the doctors and has been referred on to dermatology,
Has any body any idea what this might be ?

 

Hypergranulation tissue?

 

Pyogenic granuloma? though it doesn't look as vascular /pulpy as some of the images.
