    Hi,

I have just replaced my autoclave and need to get rid of the old (no longer working) one. Is there anything specific I need to do to dispose of an autoclave??

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Jack

    Jack,
Why not sell it on e-bay (or similar) for spare parts ?

    regards

    Hi Catfoot,

It is very old but not a bad idea actually, might be worth a go!

    Thanks,

    Jack

Other option is to contact your local scrap metal yard - often they will pick up for free, saves you tip fees.

Or, contact your local Rotary club , they have a program of sending old medical equipment off to third world countries.
Sometimes ebay can return a few $$ though.
