    Does anyone know of a company up in Scotland that will service an Enigma Autoclave?

    I have recently had the new pricing through from Excel and a full years contract with 2 visits comes in at £576.00 inc vat, very pricey!

    Interestingly to rent the machine comes in at exactly the same cost which I think is ridiculous.

    Anyone know of any alternatives?

    Have the same problem with my machine. However, I took out the Excel contract due to unavailability of service engineers in my region. I've tried in vain to find an engineer but without success
