I am treating a runner who is suffering from blisters in her arches of both feet. She runs approx 4 times a week 6-10km per run. She has started to develop blisters on top of blisters. I have looked at her trainers and she is wearing the correct supportive trainers for her foot type. She does not require any additional support from orthotics.... im a little stumped.
    Any advise?
    thanks :)

She is either wearing some kind of foot support and keeping quiet about it, or the cookie in the trainer is causing the blisters.

    Easy fix.
