I am not sure about it but all of a suuden i started to walk when i felt a medium sized bump on the bottom of my foot. I am in pain when I walk on it...

Best to go and see..yep..a podiatrist,who has a good chance of knowing what they are looking at. This is something that must be inspected and palpated (touched) to have any idea what that could be. Even with a photo, i doubt anyone here could help very much. Better to be safe than sorry and go get it checked. You want to avoid infection or long term complications and may require something cleanly removed, or antibiotics, or something biomechanical (the way you walk etc.) changed to help this problem.
