    Hi
I work mainly in the public health system (nhs type of setting) and have a very heavy load of patients (very few podiatrists here), sometimes even 45 a day, most of whom wait 2-3 months for an appointment with me. Lately I have developed what seems to be symptoms of exertional compartment syndrome in my right forearm, made worse with exertion of right hand, eg using nail nippers etc. Have not done compartment pressure test yet, but I was just wondering if any other podiatrists have had this experience and what helped.
    Thanks
    Hill
