    Hi all,

A nursing home near me has asked if I can see their residents but I have no idea where to start.

I have an ABN (unrelated to pod) and a provider number from previous locum work I've done. I also have PII. Instruments I've got.

What else do I need? Is it as simple as seeing a resident and invoicing the nursing home? Do I need to do anything with Medicare for each individual client?

Thanks so much. This is a great opportunity for me so won't to make sure I know what I'm doing!

Not unless they have a care plan from GP.

Thanks for the prompt reply Craig! Ok otherwise it's as simple as invoicing per resident? What's the going rate for this?

Depending on the amount of patients seen invoicing each can be time consuming. I have agreed to charge overall sum and nursing home admjn will deal with charging clients. I hope that helps
