    Hi I had a tibial sesamoidectomy 2.5 weeks ago, this seems to have gone ok in itself. I have mild arthritis in my 1st mtp joint and had a gout flare a few weeks before the op which subsided. Despite going hard on alluprinol and diet since the last flare i seem to have developed another flare in the last 24 hours making my foot very swollen and painful. My question is - how soon after the operation can i safely have a cortisone injection for the gout if the NSAID's dont touch it. I had my...
