    :pigs:Hi everyone,

I would like to know what you would choose to do for the diabetic patient presented with a painful wart at your clinic. Offloading pressure using paddings and sharp debridement are the most common treatment options that I'll use. Would you get these patients to use any specific low-grade caustics at home?

Looking forward to hear from you all!

    Cheerios,

you need to know for sure what is the patients Hba1c. If above 8.5% then they should 'keep' the VP. also if circulation is poor they should keep the VP. In the past i did use hyfrecation on a well controlled diabetics and chemical cautery.
